We are happy to offer a variety of different options of locally grown organic sweet potatoes. The bucket that you pick up will come with approximately 10 lbs. (2 gallon bucket) or 25 lbs. (5 gallon bucket) of whichever variety and type you choose in the dropdown menus. Please refer to the variety breakdown photo for descriptions of each sweet potato variety.

For local pick up, please indicate at checkout when you would like to pick up your order.

If you have a Sweet AF bucket from peach season, you may use that here as well!

These potatoes are unwashed and hand packed with care to ensure the longest possible shelf life. Remember to always wash your sweet potatoes before use.

These sweet potatoes are not available for shipping, but if you want sweet potatoes shipped to you please visit the “Sweet AF Sweet Potatoes by the box” in our store.

Proper sweet potato storage:

  1. Do not wash your sweet potatoes until you plan to use them.

  2. Once your sweet potatoes arrive, store them in a cool, dry place. (55°F is perfect) We do not recommend you store them in the refrigerator because it can produce a hard core at the center and unpleasant flavors.

  3. For best flavor and texture, be sure to use them within a week or two. **

**Our sweet potatoes go directly from the field to our cold storage where they are stored in a dark and cool environment that is monitored daily for the ideal temperatures. Because of the way we store them we can provide you with fresh and delicious sweet potatoes year-round.
